Here’s a few tidbits about me, and why I started this blog site…

My wife and I had a strange love story for we didn’t meet at work or weren’t high school sweethearts. Our story started online. My then-girlfriend and now-wife, Nicole, was working as a pre-school teacher in Australia, and I was also a high school teacher in one of the public schools in Florida.

Nicole and I exchanged emails and chat messages before we actually met. We had been that way for almost a year before I decided to visit Australia and proposed to her. Thankfully, she said yes!

Now, we’ve been married for 18 years and have three wonderful and beautiful children. Because of our love story, we firmly believe that long distance relationship works! You just need to have effective communication skills and habits to make it work.
